Vazha Lake is located in the Miory district, Vitebsk region, just 12 km south-west of the town Miory. The lake is considered to be quite small in size (about 3 km²) and belongs to the basin of the river Vyata. Picturesque coast rise in some places, and in the north Beach Line is flat, wooded and bushy. The surrounding forests are rich in blueberries, cranberries, cranberry, wild blackberries and mushrooms - because of the fact that the north-east stretches a vast array of marsh swamp moss.
