Booking in recreation centers

For choosing tours and comparison of recreation centres You can use searching modules:

A booking request can be send from:

• the recreation center's Web-page,
• the section Search tours,
• the Master of tours selection,
• the current Web-page.

While booking a tour, please, stick to the Rules for filling out a booking request.

If the link with the order is not displayed - the given location is temporarily not available for booking.

The booking procedure consists of the following stages:

• process of endorsement of the terms and the location,
• obtaining all the the necessary data from the customer,
• signing of the Tourist services agreement and voucher bill payment,
• voucher receiving.

The whole booking procedure is carried out by e-mail - the documents are transferred within the Customer's booking order Web-page, or it is possible to complete the formalities for the voucher purchasing directly in the office.

Booking request does not guarantee availability of a room for the dates you specified. Our specialist will additionally notify you about the booking results on the application page and in a message by email or messenger.

Payment of tours is made according to the invoice:

• payment to individuals through System Assists (without commission) and legal entities (residents of the Republic of Belarus) in the calculations for recreation centers on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in Belarusian rubles.
• payment for individuals (non-residents of the Republic of Belarus) at calculations for recreation centers on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in Belarusian rubles, in an amount equivalent to the price, specified in foreign currency at the exchange rate on the payment date.
• payment for individuals (residents and non-residents of the Republic of Belarus) and legal entities (non-residents) in the case of transfer the cost of living outside of the Republic of Belarus (non-cash income) in foreign currencies (Russian Rubles (RUB), euro (EUR)) on a cashless basis.
• payment by cards Mastercard, Visa, Mir* via bePaid system (without commission).
  *For citizens of the Russian Federation, payment is available only with cards of the MIR payment system. At the same time, the amount for payment is set in BYN, and money will be transfered in RUB at the rate of the bank that issued the card.
• payment in the office of the company in Minsk in Belarusian rubles in cash or by credit card (without commission). Payments acceptance is in the office Monday-Friday 09.00-12.30, 13.30-18.00. You can get detailed directions to the office here.

Payment for tours is 100% preliminary.

Further charges apply for the reservation service. The cost of booking services with one order is: for residents of the Republic of Belarus [USLUGA_BYN] BYN, for citizens of the Russian Federation 1950 RUB, for foreign citizens 30 EUR.

For foreign citizens needing a visa, the necessary documents will be sent to the embassy for free. Visas payment is carried out directly in the RB consular offices.

On paying the bill and signing the agreement a tourist voucher will be sent you by means of Internet or facsimile, which you are to show when arriving at the recreation center together with Your passport. And also, if wanted, You can obtain the documents in our office.
