Traction therapy (spinal traction) — the main component of treating most diseases of the spine, including degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, intervertebral hernia. Treatment can take place in the form of a dry (sliding body on an inclined plane under gravity, can be done at home) or underwater traction. Traction therapy is aimed at removing muscle spasm, decreased vnutridiskovogo pressure, decrease hernia disk, the elimination of pathological pain impulses from the vertebral-motor segment.
