Ruff ordinary

Ruff ordinary (Gymnocephalus cernuus) — species of fishes from family of okunyovy (Percidae), a standard type of a genus of ruffs (Gymnocephalus). The body of a ruff is squeezed from sides and covered with dense scales, with a small sliding mouth, on jaws very small teeth is noticeable. Back fins, first of which prickly, the second with soft beams, are spliced, but are well distinguishable. The entire body is covered with richly slizyu.Spina at ruff gray-green with numerous dark spots all over the body, sides with a yellowish tinge, whitish belly. In Belarus, all inhabit rivers, reservoirs, many in some of the lakes, flood waters, flowing ponds. At all times of the year are kept in flocks composed of individuals of different ages.
