Mini-sauna

Mini bath is a room equipped for washing the body with the simultaneous action of water and hot air. A distinctive feature of the mini bath is the ability to simultaneously accommodate up to 5 people.
Staying in a mini bath has a positive effect on the body. Using the device helps relieve stress, stimulates metabolism and blood circulation.
As a rule, guests can also have a recreation area, a shower, an open veranda with a table, benches and a barbecue at their disposal! You can use towels, sheets, a broom (oak or birch).
Before the bath you cannot eat a lot, since the process of digesting food increases the load on the heart. You can eat a hearty meal no later than two hours before the bath.
Mini bath improves blood circulation, dilates blood vessels, and promotes better absorption of oxygen by the body. Moderate humidity prevents drying of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, and the traditional use of a broom cleanses the upper layer of the epidermis.
