boiler room, kitchen-living room with terrace and barbecue, equipped with TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishes and electric kettle, three bedrooms, each with a single bed, and a bathroom (washbasin, WC, shower).
Cottage ¹ 1À,3,5 includes:
boiler room, kitchen equipped with a microwave oven,
refrigerator and dishes, two bedrooms, one has three single beds, Wi-FI and TV,
and in the other there is a double bed, as well as air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, a bathroom (washbasin, toilet, shower) and a gazebo with a barbecue.
Cottage ¹ 2,4,6 includes:
boiler room, kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator and utensils,
two bedrooms, each equipped with a single bed, one of them has Wi-Fi and TV,
both bedrooms have air conditioning, as well as a bathroom (washbasin, toilet, shower) and a gazebo with barbecue facilities.

Cottage ¹ 8 with a Russian stove is a wooden two-story building.
- On the 1st floor there are: a living room with Wi-Fi, TV and two sofa beds, a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, dishes, an electric kettle and a Russian stove, two bedrooms with 3 single beds, a bathroom (washbasin, WC, shower). It has its own boiler room, veranda and barbecue.
- On the 2nd floor there are: a bedroom with 3 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The rooms have Wi-Fi. On the floor there is also a bathroom (washbasin, toilet)

Relax dacha ¹1: private territory for a company, consisting of a 4-bed cottage, a sauna with panoramic windows, a heated outdoor pool, a recreation area with a barbecue, a gazebo, swings and an outdoor fireplace. The cottage consists of 2 rooms: in the 1st – a double bed, in the 2nd – a fold-out sofa, a kitchen area with a minimum set of dishes for 4 guests, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a kettle.
Relax dacha #2: a private area for a company, consisting of a 4-bed cottage, a sauna with panoramic windows, a heated outdoor pool, a recreation area with a barbecue, a gazebo, a swing and an outdoor fireplace.
