Sputnik health resort is pleased to announce the opening of its renovated thermal zone at the SPA center! Every guest can now immerse themselves in an atmosphere of complete relaxation, recharge, and enjoy a unique complex of thermal procedures that combine ancient traditions with modern wellness technologies.

Guests are welcome to experience four types of baths to suit every taste:

• a traditional Russian banya,
• a relaxing Turkish bath (hammam),
• an exotic bath with a Mediterranean climate,
• and an unusual Egyptian bath.

In addition, the thermal zone offers:

• two mini-pools with warm mineral water,
• an experience shower with alternating modes, aromas, and lighting effects,
• a snow shower for an instant cool-down after the steam room,
• and a Kneipp path that stimulates circulation through alternating hot and cold water exposure.
