In the guest house «Severny» on the 1st floor there is a kitchen-living room equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin shared by the house. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms: two with single beds, one with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub shared by the house. Near the guest house there is a gazebo with a barbecue area.
In the guest house «Underground» on the 1st floor there is a living room with an exit to the terrace, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, a set of dishes, a kettle and a microwave oven, a bedroom with a double bed with an exit to the terrace and a separate bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a shared bathroom on the floor. On the second floor there is a winter garden.
In the guest house «Kaminny» the 1st floor is occupied by a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with a Russian stove, a refrigerator, an electric stove and a set of dishes, a shared bathroom on the floor. On the 2nd floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and 1 with a single bed and a shared bathroom on the floor. Guests will have a barbecue area at their disposal.

In the guest house «Kamchatka» on the 1st floor there is a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, corner sofa and everything necessary for a comfortable stay, a bathroom is shared with the house, on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Guests will have their own terrace and barbecue area.
In the guest house «Ozerny» on the 1st floor there is a large living room with a sofa, two bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms, as well as a shared bathroom for the house. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. On the 2nd floor of the house there is a large hall, a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable rocking chairs, as well as four bedrooms with single beds and private bathrooms. Near the guest house there is a summer terrace, a large barbecue area, a barbecue area with a gazebo.
