The residential building «Rodovoe Gnezdo» is a 2-story stone building. The house has 13 rooms, of which: 11 have two single beds, 2 have double beds. Each room is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, and a bathroom. The house also has a billiard room.

The House «Hexagon» is a two-story stone-lined house. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchenette with electrical appliances, and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is an exit to a small summer terrace.

The Green House or Outbuilding includes a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom on the ground floor; on the second floor there is one room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, and the second room with two single beds.
